ROOH AI ("ROOH AI", "we", "us", "our") is a brand operated by Webcrypto Ai, a sole-proprietorship registered in India (the "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ROOH AI website, mobile-optimised web app, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@webcryptosolution.com of any unauthorised use.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
1 credit = 1 generated image. New users receive 5 credits free at signup. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Credits are non-transferable, non-cash-redeemable, and non-exchangeable.
All online payments on ROOH AI are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Razorpay"), a PCI-DSS-compliant RBI-licensed payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and supported wallets, subject to Razorpay's availability.
Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once credits are credited to your account. Refund eligibility, timelines, and the request process are fully described in our Refund Policy.

Our IP: the ROOH AI brand, software, prompts, fine-tuned models, design system, and website content are the exclusive property of the Company.
Your content: you retain all rights to garment images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store such images solely to provide the Service.
Generated images: upon successful payment / credit consumption, you own the generated images and may use them for commercial purposes.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific expectations. AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or undesirable results.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to ROOH AI in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founders, and affiliates from any claim arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) content you upload, or (iii) your misuse of generated images.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@webcryptosolution.com. Unused credits are non-refundable on voluntary termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
