Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Goods

ROOH AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We sell digital credits that you redeem in-app to generate AI model images. There is no physical shipment, courier, or tangible product associated with any purchase.

2. Delivery Method

On successful payment confirmation from our payment partner Razorpay, the purchased credits are automatically added to the credit balance of the registered ROOH AI account used for the purchase. You can view your balance on your Dashboard.

3. Delivery Time

• Typical delivery: instant (within 60 seconds of payment success).
• Maximum delivery window: 30 minutes, in rare cases of payment-gateway delay.
• You will receive an email confirmation once credits are credited to your account.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your payment is debited but credits are not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately at contact@webcryptosolution.com with your payment reference / order ID. We will verify with Razorpay and either deliver the credits or initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.

5. International Customers

ROOH AI is currently optimised for Indian customers. Payments are processed in INR. Customers outside India may use the service if their card supports international INR transactions, subject to their bank's foreign exchange charges.
