ROOH AI is operated by Webcrypto Ai, India ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website and services. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.
2. Information We Collect
- Account info: name, email, phone number, password (hashed), profile photo.
- Uploaded content: garment images you upload for AI processing.
- Generated content: AI-generated model images stored in your account.
- Payment metadata: order ID, amount, status — payment instrument details (card/UPI) are handled and stored only by Razorpay, never by us.
- Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Service — generate AI model images from your garments.
- To process payments via Razorpay and credit your account.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, generation alerts).
- To improve product quality, security, and detect abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:
- Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — to process online payments. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for database, file storage, and hosting (data hosted in secure data centres).
- AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini) — your garment image is sent only to generate the requested output and is not retained for model training by ROOH AI.
- Email delivery services (Resend) — for transactional emails.
- Law-enforcement / regulators — only when legally compelled.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our processors (AI providers, email service) may process data outside India. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, which are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Data Retention
Garment uploads and generated images are retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and financial regulations (typically 8 years). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time via contact@webcryptosolution.com, subject to our legal retention duties.
7. Security Measures
- HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Database-level Row-Level Security so users can only access their own data.
- Hashed passwords and short-lived session tokens managed by our auth provider.
- Regular access reviews and least-privilege access for staff.
- PCI-DSS-compliant Razorpay gateway for all card / UPI handling.
8. Your Rights (DPDP Act)
You have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- correct or update inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time (may limit your access to features);
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity.

9. Children
ROOH AI is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may break login.
